No. 62 Evening Primrose Oil Conditioning Mist is an oil-rich spray that soothes dry skin by hydrating the cells responsible for oil balance. Evening Primrose Oil and herbal extracts combine to soothe skin, alleviate flakes, and add shine to dull and itchy coats. Also freshens the coat, covers odor, and extends time between baths.
